In Dry Old with a heavy cotton work shirt and brown leather boots, the Gritty Jackson builds an authentic workwear silhouette that improves with each wear. The natural patina that develops progressively harmonizes the jeans with the leather of the boots — a rare alchemy.

Raw, unwashed denim — the raw materialThe Dry Old emerges from the factory unwashed. It retains the starch and initial stiffness of raw denim. The first few months of wear are all about construction — the jeans irreversibly and uniquely conform to the wearer's shape.
Gritty Jackson raw cutThe same straight, loose fit as the Blue Soil — but in raw denim, the silhouette is more structured in the first few months. It softens and refines progressively to reveal the final fit after breaking in.
Dry Old — neither new nor vintageDry Old is a slightly pre-treated raw denim that avoids the extreme rigidity of full raw while retaining the authentic character of raw denim. It is the ideal starting point for a natural and personal patina.

Dry Old doesn't mean washed denim: it's a dry, raw denim, slightly pre-treated to give it the look of a fabric that already has a history without being a fake vintage. The ideal starting point for building your own patina.

Made from 12.5-ounce organic cotton, it leaves the factory with an initial stiffness characteristic of premium raw denim – it gradually softens with wear, molds to the wearer's body shape, and develops natural whiskers, whiskers, and honeycombs that are unlike any other. The same Gritty Jackson cut – straight, loose, high-rise – in the most authentic and engaging format.
