The Jim Green Stockman is the brand’s ankle boot—a two- or three-eyelet full-grain leather chukka built with the same artisanal techniques as the original Vellie. Stockman—the herdsman, the cowboy of the pampas and the South African veld—is named after the historical wearers of this rugged field shoe.
In Brown and Fudge (a light, slightly golden caramel-brown), the two shades cover both deep brown and warm light brown registers. The natural crepe sole is identical to the Vellie—cushioned, grippy, and resoleable. The chukka construction is slightly more formal than the Vellie while remaining deeply workwear-outdoor in its essence.
