The Bull Run Moc Toe is the most direct expression of Danner's expertise—a work boot built in Portland, Oregon, since 1932. The moc toe silhouette, with its characteristic stitching on the front of the upper, is inherited from the boots of loggers and miners who pioneered the American West. A functional form that became iconic without ever seeking to be.
Constructed from chrome-tanned full-grain leather, the Bull Run Black develops a deep patina over time. The Goodyear welt construction guarantees extreme durability and allows for resoling—investing in a pair of Bull Run means choosing not to buy new ones. The Vibram sole with a moderate profile grips equally well on a workshop floor or wet pavement.
